Unexpected outages can severely interrupt your work flow. We employ several methods that allow us to respond to these service requests as quickly as you require.
- Remote Support
Remote support allows for fast response to service requests that may not require a site visit. Remote sessions are billed at your regular service rate with 30 minute minimum charge, billed in 15 min increments thereafter.
- Scheduled Maintenance
Monthly or quarterly scheduled maintenance visits will ensure that all aspects of your business I.T. systems are checked, tested and maintained on a regular basis. We have found that many critical items are overlooked when proactive maintenance routines are not in place. Your OnSite account manager will meet with you to discuss a maintenance schedule that will fit your business requirements.
- Dedicated Account Manager
OnSite will assign you an account manager that will provide a single point of contact for the majority of your service requests. Dealing with the same individual on a regular basis ensures efficiency and promotes a better business relationship.

You will receive one monthly labour invoice with NET 30 terms. The invoice will itemize each appointment with a detailed work description and time required to complete. Hardware and software will be invoiced and mailed on the day of delivery.

- Terminal Server
Terminal Services provides the ability to host multiple, simultaneous client sessions on Microsoft Windows Server. Terminal Server is capable of directly hosting compatible multi-user client desktops running on a variety of Windows-based and non Windows-based hardware. Standard Windows-based applications do not need modification to run on the Terminal Server, and all standard Windows Server based management infrastructure and technologies can be used to manage the client desktops.

Server processing speeds have increased dramatically over the past 5 years. OnSite takes advantage of this by using virtualization solutions in the server room. A single new servers can run multiple "virtual servers" where we can easily consolidate 2-3 old servers into one hardware solution.
